- Orders are payable by credit card only.

- Any Discounts due will be applied at time of shipment. Discounts do not apply to freight charges.
- *Credit Card Discounts:
- $350 - $699 receive a 3% discount
- $700 and above receive a 5% discount
Claims
- If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Customer Service Toll Free at (800) 996-7531, Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST OR you can send an email to customerservice@worldbuyers.com
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and received at our warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date. Please email your claim using the downloadable form on the webiste to accounts@worldbuyers.com. You can also fax the form to 760.734.4448. Please describe any damages in detail. You will be contacted at the time your claim is processed. Please allow 14 days for processing.
Freight Charges & Rush Orders
FREIGHT CHARGES FOR ALL ORDERS ARE BILLED SEPARATELY USING THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION CREDIT CARD. We will not call you for authorization of freight charges.
BY PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING THE 2nd USE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE FREIGHT CHARGES.
THE UPS FREIGHT CHARGES ARE CALCULATED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND READY TO SHIP.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND CREDIT CARD CHARGE FOR THE FREIGHT AMOUNT ONLY.
- All continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. If you have other shipping instructions, you are responsible for noting them on EACH order.
- Unless instructed otherwise, your order will generally ship UPS within 4-8 business days.
- Requests for orders shipped the Next Business Day and received by 10:00am PST will be charged an additional $15.00 service fee.
- Requests for orders shipped on the Same Business Day and in by 10:00am PST, will be charged a additional $20.00 service fee.
Backorders
- We reserve the right to ship backorders unless specifically instructed in writing to cancel backorders.
