WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION
Discounts for Credit Card Use
- We prefer payment by credit card. In addition to discount pricing, credit card orders get priority treatment.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express
- Freight Charges for Online orders will be billed separately, using the credit card for the original transaction. We will not call you for number or clearance to charge.
- Credit card number must accompany all purchase orders. Credit cards will be charged at time of shipping. We will not call you for number or clearance to charge.
- Discounts and freight charges are applied upon order fullfilment, followed by a confirmation email.
- Discounts do not apply to freight charges
- Credit Card Discounts:
- $300 - $699 receive a 3% discount
- $700 and above receive a 5% discount
Payment Terms
- Minimum Opening Order online is $250.00 payable by credit card. No terms are given to opening orders. Re-orders online are $250.00 minimum.
- On new accounts, first two orders will be shipped COD or by credit card only .
- Net 30 days with approved credit. Net 30 accounts are approved through Wells Fargo Business Credit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Net 30 terms approval.
- Credit references must include:
- Your company must have a D&B number
- Five companies where you have an open account
- Fax number in addition to telephone number of those companies
- PrePay your order. If you have a P.O. Box address printed on your check, please write your street address on the check. This will assist with package delivery. Returned Checks are subject to a $40.00 service fee.
- Cashier's Check or Money Orders only.
Claims

- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Shipping & Freight Charges
- All continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground unless stated otherwise.
- Unless instructed otherwise, your order will generally ship UPS within 4-8 business days.
- Requests for orders shipped the next business day will be charged an additional $10.00 service fee.
- Requests for orders shipped on the same business day, and in by 11:00am, will be charged a additional $20.00 service fee.
Backorders
- We reserve the right to ship backorders unless specifically instructed in writing to cancel backorders.
