Payment Methods & Discounts
- All orders placed on the website and over the phone must be paid by credit card. In addition to discount pricing*, credit card orders get priority treatment.

- FREIGHT CHARGES FOR ALL ORDERS ARE BILLED SEPARATELY USING THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION CREDIT CARD. We will not call you for authorization of shipping charges.
- BY PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE, YOU ARE AUTHORIZING THE 2nd USE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES.
- THE UPS SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CALCULATED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PACKED AND READY TO SHIP.
- YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH A CHARGE FOR SHIPPING ONLY.

- $350 - $699 receive a 3% discount
- $700 and above receive a 5% discount
Claims
- If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact one of our Product Specialists Toll Free at (800) 996-7531, Monday - Friday between 7:00 AM - 4:00PM PST.
- All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and received at our warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date. Please call to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping & Freight Charges
NOTE: Freight charges will be billed separately as they are calculated at the time your order is packed and ready to ship. You will receive a 2nd e-mail noting the freight charges. Sale items are shipped using our standard ground rates.
- All continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. If you have other shipping instructions, you are responsible for noting them on EACH order.
- Unless instructed otherwise, your order will generally ship UPS within 4-8 business days.
- Requests for orders shipped the next business day will be charged an additional $10.00 service fee.
- Requests for orders shipped on the same business day, and in by 11:00am, will be charged a additional $20.00 service fee.
Backorders
- We reserve the right to ship backorders unless specifically instructed in writing to cancel backorders.
